Our Story

YEP are super passionate about developing confidence in young people and creating exciting pathways for future success. We offer work-experience, youth-training, apprenticeship, internships, workshops and Life Coaching.

Our empowering journey all started at Stanway School in 2007, where we were privileged to be involved in a successful mentoring programme, supporting pupils and enabling them to build self-confidence and set goals. We played an active part in the mentoring programme over five academic years (2007-12).

And since then we have been developing a number of "live-action" empowering workshops, interactive online programmes and projects to help, educate and empower young people.
